Industry Specific Compliance The Indian Banks' Association (IBA) has clarified that Business Correspondent (BC) data on the BC Registry Portal is fully owned and managed by the respective member banks. IBA has no authority to add, modify, remove, or disclose any such data.

Users seeking any changes or information regarding BC data must directly contact their respective banks or Corporate BC Centres with which they are registered. IBA will not entertain any requests from portal users for data modification or related queries.
